New Yorks Bronx LGBT Center talks Anti-Violence June 7th

This Friday!  Bronx LGBTQ Center to Address Spike in Anti-LGBTQ Violence

On Friday, June 7th,
the new Bronx LGBTQ Center will address a recent and disturbing spike
in the number of incidents of anti-LGBTQ hate violence that have been
committed in NYC. 

At the event, the Bronx LGBTQ Center’s president, Tym Moss,
with the support of Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr., will
announce outreach initiatives that it will undertake to combat the
sentiment that begets such attacks.

In addition to Mr. Moss and Borough President Diaz, other
community leaders and organizations–including victims of these
attacks–will speak on this issue and join in support of the Center’s
outreach initiatives.
